Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original gift box and shipping container, ensuring you include all certificates and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
